  9. Hi, every one:
  10. I have just downloaded gcc-2.1.7.  First I entered the command "configure".
  11. Then I typed "make" in the same directory.  It started on some process
  12. which takes a very long time (may be an hour or so).  After it finished,
  13. it takes about 30mb disk space.  I am not sure whether I have done the
  14. right thing for the second step.  Please tell me if I have g++ setup
  15. properly or not.  And if I have done some thing bad, how do I save myself.
  16. If some how I have the g++ properly installed, what files/directory should
  17. I keep ( I want delete all unneccessary files since I have only 1% disk
  18. space left and I still want to load glib).
  19. Any infor will be highly appreciated.  Please post or email.
